Nepali lessons are the best way to start your volunteer trip to Nepal. Volunteer Society Nepal offers every volunteer Nepali lessons at the start of their placement. They are fun and engaging. Most importantly, they are a great way to interact with locals.
Furthermore, at VSN we want you to have fun and enjoy living with your Nepali host family. We know it can be difficult arriving in a country where you do not speak the language. For this reason, we provide Nepali lessons as soon as you arrive in Kathmandu. With this, you can talk to your family and immerse yourself in the Nepali culture.
Our professors will teach you how to introduce yourself, to ask basic questions and to be able to manage daily-life situations. Do not worry if you don’t remember it all at first. We will also give you a Nepali survival dictionary to carry with you!
