Tej is originally from the Solukhumbu district in Eastern Nepal. He has more than 20 years experience working in local and international aid organizations. Tej started his career as a Nepali language instructor and worked for Global Action Nepal and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Since graduating from Tribhuvan University, Gelu worked for 15 years as a trekking guide for Volunteer Society Nepal. He knows everything about touring and trekking in Nepal! Gelu is your contact person for many of the partners we work with and all of your tours and treks in Nepal.
Bishal is our volunteer program supervisor. He has been working with Volunteer Society Nepal for the last ten years. Bishal is responsible for overal program management. Together with Gelu and Anjela, Bishal runs the volunteer program effectively.
Anjila is our office Manager. She recently completed her bachelors’ degree in Business Management. She has been working with Volunteer Society Nepal for more than eight years as a language teacher and tour guide. Anjila’s main responsibility is to manage the office. She also provides our volunteers with Nepali language.
Linda grew up in the Netherlands and graduated in International Development. Since then she has been working in education and management. In 2011 she came to work in Nepal for the first time. Linda inspires people to become involved with VSN and creates collaborative partnerships between schools, companies and VSN.
Meena KC is the manager of the VSN run disability Center at New Baneshwor. She has been been involved in the disability sector for the last 15 years.
Bimal has been involved with VSN since last seven years as a van driver. His main responsibility is to pick up and drop the volunteers from and to the airport. You will see him at the airport holding a paper banner with your name.
