International and qualified teachers bring a new life to teaching methods at Career Building International Academy (CBIA) in Nepal. Nancy is a volunteer in Nepal. She is a retired teacher and made a huge impact on the overall success of the children by improving the performance of the local Nepali teachers. Retired educators /teachers can also help the school establish frameworks for discipline, reward, communication with parents, management, special needs support and gifted children programs.
