Volunteer Society Nepal : The best experience for volunteers, the best value for Nepal.
Filippa and Frida, two enthusiastic and charming volunteers hailing from Denmark, have just completed three weeks of volunteer work in Pokhara, focusing on creative arts, child development, and teaching. Their dedication and passion were evident from the beginning, as they took the initiative to plan and execute various practical and creative activities for the children. Their efforts will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on the children’s education and support for local schools.
Filippa Elena la Cour Valentin, a recent graduate from Copenhagen Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, has been working as a team leader and controller for a Swedish pension company. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, travelling, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends. Frida Marie Rotovnik, on the other hand, completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Information Technology from the University of Copenhagen last summer and is currently working in marketing and communication for a well-known Danish law firm. Her interests include travelling, skiing, practising yoga, and spending quality time with loved ones. She is set to pursue her Master’s degree in the same field next summer.
The impact of their volunteer work is immeasurable, as the children they worked with were given the opportunity to experience different learning patterns and broaden their horizons. Their dedication and commitment to this noble cause were highly appreciated, and they have left a lasting impression on the community.
